Provided you have received a valid Return Authorization (“RA”) number from us, any item purchased from our website can be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days after the shipment arrival date. Returned items must be unused, unwashed and undamaged, and the hang tags must not have been removed. Please return items in their original packaging, including any plastic wrap. Returns attempted after fourteen (14) days will not be accepted.
In order to return any item, you must contact our Customer Service Department for an RA number. You will be asked to supply the following information:
- Order number
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Mailing address
- Reason for the return
Once your return has been authorized (typically within two (2) business days), you will be provided with an RA number. Please write the RA number on both the inside and outside of the original package and affix the accompanying UPS return shipping label to the outside of the box. Unless we inadvertently sent you the wrong item(s) or defective item(s), a nominal returns fee of $11.99 per package will be deducted from your refund. You may utilize an alternative carrier if you so choose, but bear in mind that by doing so, you will be responsible for the full, non-discounted price of all shipping charges.
We recommend that you request a tracking code and shipping receipt from the carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Once your return is received and inspected at our Distribution Center (typically within three (3) business days after receipt), your refund will be processed within ten (10) business days. Please note that once we initiate the credit for your return, the credit card company that issued the credit determines the date the refund will post to your account.
For exchanges, please follow the above return policy, and then place a new replacement order online.
